You are hereby summoned to the Footpaths, Bridleways and Open Spaces Committee meeting which is to be held on Wednesday 17 March 2021 at 7pm to transact the business contained in the attached agenda and associated papers.


There will be a presentation at 6:45pm by Newquay Cricket Club.

    To discuss and make any decisions on the Enforcement Team.

    To receive, consider and make any decisions/recommendations from the Skatepark Working Party.

    To discuss and make any decisions on the capital projects, open spaces projects, land or allotments estates under the remit of the Footpaths, Bridleways and Open Spaces Committee.

    To discuss and make any decisions on the Polwhele Permaculture Garden.

    To discuss and make any decisions on the Treloggan Play Area.

    To discuss and make any recommendations on dealing with Graffiti under the Viaduct by Towan Blystra Road.

    To discuss and make any decisions on augmenting the current Street/Town Cleaning regime and/or undertaking additional cleansing tasks such as graffiti and sticker removal.

    To discuss and make any decisions on reviewing a Town wide planting scheme incorporating open spaces, flower beds and Hanging Baskets.

    To discuss and make any decisions on land at the Gannel under Town Council ownership and any recommendations to other landowners on matters outside Town Council ownership

    To receive any updates on Newquay Town Council Allotments Estates and make any decisions appertaining to them (as needed)
