You are hereby summoned to the Footpaths, Bridleways and Open Spaces Committee meeting which is to be held on Wednesday 20 January 2021 at 7pm to transact the business contained in the attached agenda and associated papers.

    To discuss and make any decisions on the Tikspac recycling station proposal.

    To appoint a working party and reaffirm the Council's support in principle to work with Mr Keough to find a suitable location and facilitate the installation and future custodianship of a surf statue on behalf of the Town; following the policy decision that the Killacourt is not to be further developed.

    To discuss and make any operational decisions in regard to the Environment Service as followed:

    To receive an update from Newquay in Bloom representatives and make any decisions regarding South West & Britain in Bloom competitions and Newquay in Bloom projects/roundabout schemes.

    To discuss and make any recommendations on dealing with Graffiti on the Towan Blystra Underpass.

    To discuss and make any decisions on land at the Gannel under Town Council ownership and any recommendations to other landowners on matters outside Town Council ownership
