To discuss and make any decisions on Concrete Waves Skatepark or to receive, discuss and make any decisions on recommendations from the Working Party.

To discuss and make any recommendations on dealing with Graffiti on the Towan Blystra Underpass.

To receive any updates on Newquay Town Council Allotments Estates and make any decisions appertaining to them (as needed)

To discuss and make any decisions on land at the Gannel under Town Council ownership and any recommendations to other landowners on matters outside Town Council ownership
