I would like to propose that C&T To debate the current standing in relation to the stretch gazebo (21mx15m) and make where appropriate recommendations to other relevant committees to progress its future use - Cllr Souray.

To debate and scrutinise the basis and consequent merits of several of the civic events/functions slated for a typical TC calendar year - namely Mayor Making, the civic parade, the Mayor's Ball and the Community Awards - in order to inform the Events Working Party's approach to future planning - Cllr Souray

To discuss and make any decisions on celebrations in relation to the anniversary of the RNLI.

To discuss and make any recommendations in relation to security arrangements at the Library.

To recommend that G&R explore the feasibility and implications for guaranteeing the presence of an officer to be formally attendant at all events on the Killacourt (potentially above a certain stipulated size) in order to assist and supervise as well as present a positive face of the Town Council. Furthermore, in view of there being no assistant events coordinator currently employed, whether this might involve training several officers (or members) to ensure there is Town Council cover when the events coordinator is unable to attend - Cllr Souray
