The Planning Applications listed below will be included on the agenda for the Town Council’s Planning & Licensing meeting, scheduled for 29 April 2026
But not all Planning Applications are discussed at the meeting:
If a minor application is considered relatively uncomplicated and unlikely to result in harm, the Committee will be presented with a pre-prepared, recommended response. This allows our Councillors more time during meetings to focus their discussions on applications that are potentially more complex.
