You are hereby summoned to attend the Planning & Licensing Committee meeting, which will be held on Wednesday, 22 July 2026, at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Municipal Offices, Marcus Hill, Newquay, to transact the business on the agenda below.

    • PLEASE NOTE: There will be a presentation to the Town Council before the meeting regarding:
      Aldi's plans to relocate their Cliff Road store to Trevemper.
      The presentation will take place between 5:30pm - 6pm
  • IMPORTANT INFORMATION Not all of the applications we are consulted on are discussed at the meeting as some are accompanied by a recommended response.     NOTICE OF ORDER Highways Act 1980 – Section 119A CORNWALL COUNCIL The Cornwall Council (‘Trencreek Pedestrian Crossing’) Public Footpath 63 Newquay and an Unrecorded Public Footpath in Newquay Rail Crossing Diversion Order 2024 Notice is hereby given that the above referenced Order has been submitted to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for determination. An Inspector will be appointed by the Secretary of State to determine the Order.
