You are hereby summoned to attend the Planning & Licensing Committee meeting, which will be held on Wednesday, 18 February 2026, at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Municipal Offices, Marcus Hill, Newquay, to transact the business on the agenda below.

- The Planning Applications listed below will be included on the agenda for the Town Council’s Planning & Licensing meeting, scheduled for 18 February 2026
But not all Planning Applications are discussed at the meeting:
If a minor application is considered relatively uncomplicated and unlikely to result in harm, the Committee will be presented with a pre-prepared, recommended response. This allows our Councillors more time during meetings to focus their discussions on applications that are potentially more complex.

Cornwall Council are proposing to improve pedestrian safety and accessibility along A3058/Stret Euther Pendragon by installing new pedestrian crossings, a zebra and traffic light crossing, and removing parking near the existing crossing to improve visibility.
