You are hereby summoned to attend the Planning & Licensing Committee meeting, which will be held on Wednesday, 18 March 2026, at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Municipal Offices, Marcus Hill, Newquay, to transact the business on the agenda below.

    • The Planning Applications listed below will be included on the agenda for the Town Council’s Planning & Licensing meeting, scheduled for 18 March 2026
      But not all Planning Applications are discussed at the meeting:
      If a minor application is considered relatively uncomplicated and unlikely to result in harm, the Committee will be presented with a pre-prepared, recommended response. This allows our Councillors more time during meetings to focus their discussions on applications that are potentially more complex.
