You are hereby invited to attend the Planning & Licensing Committee meeting, which will be held on Wednesday, 05 August 2026, at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Municipal Offices, Marcus Hill, Newquay, to transact the business on the agenda below.

    The Planning Applications listed below will be included on the agenda for the Town Council’s Planning & Licensing meeting, scheduled for 05 August 2026
    But not all Planning Applications are discussed at the meeting:
    If a minor application is considered relatively uncomplicated and unlikely to result in harm, the Committee will be presented with a pre-prepared, recommended response. This allows our Councillors more time during meetings to focus their discussions on more complex applications.

    Attending the Meeting: Members of the public are welcome to attend and speak at our meetings, and you don't need to register in advance. However, we would appreciate it if you could let us know you intend to come; please use the contact details provided above.

    In line with Standing Order 3(g), members of the public shall not speak for more than 3 minutes.
