To receive details of proposed changes to the Committee Structure from members and to agree to undertaking a formal review to include implications on resources, financial controls, policies and procedures as well as governing documents (Standing Orders, Financial Regulations, Corporate Plan and Terms of Reference).

To receive, consider and authorise the release of payment(s) in respect of committee purchases in-line with Financial Regulations 5.2.
