You are hereby summoned to attend the Planning & Licensing Committee meeting, which will be held on Wednesday, 24 June 2026, at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Municipal Offices, Marcus Hill, Newquay, to transact the business on the agenda below.

    In line with Standing Order 3(e), members of the public may make representations, answer questions and give evidence at a meeting which they are entitled to attend in respect of the business on the agenda of the meeting.


    In line with Standing Order 3(f), the time allowed under this item is 15 minutes unless directed by the Chair.


    In line with Standing Order 3(g), members of the public shall not speak for more than 3 minutes.

    To discuss and make comments on, and to receive feedback/updates from, any active consultations where the Planning & Licensing Committee have delegated authority to respond on behalf of the Town Council.

    To consider and respond to the following scheme: (NOTE: response deadline has been extended)

    • Cornwall Council are intending to improve pedestrian access to the existing bus stops on Henver Road by providing a safe crossing point near the junction with Church Street. This will also enhance connectivity to Nansledan and the School.
