Recommendation:
That the Planning & Licensing Committee agree to:

• Adopt the proposed Planning Decision Restructure for a trial period.
• Delegate authority for the Planning and Licensing Administrator to update the Committee’s Terms of Reference accordingly, for approval by Full Council, with relevant advice and support from the Chief Executive.

To receive, consider and authorise the release of payment in respect of committee purchases in-line with Financial Regulations 5.2
