Canvassing Cllrs as to their availability for P&L 30 April 2025 as this meeting takes place the day before the 2025 Local Government Elections (01 May)

- Regarding interim arrangements for P&L in May – the following recommendation for the March Full Council:
Recommendation to Full Council: That the following wording be included as an item on the agenda for the next Annual Council Meeting:
“For delegated authority to be given to allow the Planning & Licensing Administrator to submit comments agreed by the named Town Councillors in response to all planning applications, licensing applications and formal consultations where the deadline cannot be extended to a date after the first scheduled meeting of the Planning & Licensing Committee in June.”
