Explanation

You are hereby summoned to an ordinary meeting of the Environment and Facilities (E&F) Committee which is to be held on Thursday 21 April 2022 at 7pm in the Council Chamber, Municipal Offices, Marcus Hill, Newquay to transact the business contained in the attached agenda and associated papers.

    Each committee to identify what training would be beneficial for its committee in order to establish a training program and setting expectations that members who wish to serve on a particular committee to give an undertaking to complete identified training.

    To work with the Town Clerk to review agendas and make them more focused

    To receive, consider and authorise the release of payment(s) in respect of committee purchases in-line with Financial Regulations 5.2.
