You are hereby summoned to an ordinary meeting of the Full Council which is to be held on Wednesday 05 July 2023 at 7pm in the Council Chamber, Municipal Offices, Marcus Hill, Newquay to transact the business contained in the attached agenda and associated papers.
PLEASE NOTE:
There is a PRESENTATION for all members at 18:45pm from Shaping Climate Vision CIC. Members of the public will be admitted to the Chamber after this presentation has concluded.

RESOLVED unanimously to RECOMMEND to Full Council the release of £1107.83 from the CCTV EMR for the installation costs to retain a permanent camera on Narrowcliff/Cliff Road. -

RESOLVED unanimously to RECOMMEND to Full Council the release of £9,806.16 from the CCTV EMR to upgrade the 3 CCTV workstations (PC’s) that have come to end of life. -

To receive reports from members who sit on outside bodies as well as issues and motions received, in line with Standing Order 9B, from members in relation to Newquay Town Council.
Discussions under this item are for information only unless specifically listed on the agenda for a decision.
Any concerns being raised or requests for information should be communicated to the Town Clerk as soon as possible and in good time before the meeting, to ensure they have been afforded the time to look into the matter. Failure to do this is likely to result in the Town Clerk having to note the matter and responding at a later date.

To approve the Town Clerk being the 2023-24 representative on Newquay Cornwall Airport Consultative Forum

Following conversations with Cllrs Larsen and Slade and to ensure all are on committees they wish to attend Cllr Slade wishes to relinquish his seat on Planning and licensing and Cllr Larsen to relinquish her Community and Tourism seat. Cllr Larsen would then like to take the vacant Planning and licensing seat and Cllr Creek would like to take the vacant Community and Tourism seat.
