UPDATE (25/01/2024) - An updated Final Budget Report (marked as adopted) has been added to this item for the benefit of the public. There has been a correction to page 6, stage 6 (24 January 2024) has been corrected to show the deadline set by Cornwall Council and the consequential decision making requirement. Standing Order 27a governs the process at this final budget setting meeting.

To receive an update, consider and make any decisions in relation to the Surf Statue negotiations (if information is not attached, this is to follow).

Please note:
An update was formally requested by Cllr Goudge, which has been provided via email. However, as there are a number of open and live legal matters, the opportunity will be taken (subject to getting a full update from Tozers in time for this meeting) to seek further instruction from Council on the key matters identified; in order to keep this project moving forwards.
