You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of the Planning & Licensing Committee which is to be held on TUESDAY 02 July 2024 at 6pm in the Council Chambers, Municipal Offices, Marcus Hill, Newquay for transacting the business on the agenda below.

Written Questions for the Committee should be submitted no later than two working days prior to the meeting in order that they can be included on the agenda.

- Alcohol in licensed pavement areas - Open Consultation
The Business and Planning Act 2020 (2020 Act) introduced regulatory easements to support businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic. The provisions set out under this legislation are set to lapse in March 2025 and this will impact Licensed Premises who benefitted from these regulatory easements. The Government are now consulting on what will happen once the current easements have lapsed.
