You are hereby summoned to an ordinary meeting of the Full Council (Annual Budget Setting Meeting) which is to be held on Wednesday 15 December 2021 at 7pm in the Council Chamber, Municipal Offices, Marcus Hill, Newquay to transact the business contained in the attached agenda and associated papers.

To receive Declarations of Interest and Dispensations awarded in respect of items on the agenda.

To receive previously notified public questions from attending electors of Newquay.

Please note any emails or letters that have already been circulated to members will not be included unless a decision is needed that cannot be dealt with outside of Full Council or a committee.

To receive an update and associated papers in relation to the Vitality Fund Grant Offer letter from Cornwall Council, to consider and authorise acceptance of the Grant as per the deliverables, terms and conditions and to delegate all decision making responsibility for this project to the Community and Tourism Committee, Town Clerk and the Responsible Financial Officer; in partnership with the Newquay Town Team.
Should further discussion be needed over any commercially sensitive/confidential/future procurement matters, then the following resolution may be invoked:

To receive an update and make any decisions in relation to a member stepping down from a committee in order to allow Cllr Brook to sit on that committee
Please note:
- This item was as per the Town Clerk and Chief Executives report at the last Full Council
- The member should have discussed and agreed in principal the changes with Cllr Brook before the meeting and ideally informed the committee chair
- Full Council has the discretion to agree changes (or not) and is able to agree to any reasonable/appropriate requests
- The membership requirements of the respective committee as detailed by their adopted Terms of Reference should be adhered to
