To receive reports from members who sit on outside bodies as well as issues and motions received, in line with Standing Order 9B, from members in relation to Newquay Town Council.

To receive an update and consider establishing a working party to identify and develop proposals and plans to enhance and support the recruitment and retention of councillors.

To receive an update and agree the date and time for an informal virtual meeting with the organisers of Boardmasters, who wish to engage with members of the Town Council, meet new members and provide a briefing on the current plans for the event.
