                                You are hereby summoned to an ordinary meeting of the Full Council which is to be held on Wednesday 02 June 2021 at 7pm in the St Michael’s Church, St Michaels Road, Newquay to transact the business contained in the attached agenda and associated papers.

                                13.ATo receive an update and consider establishing a working party to identify and develop proposals and plans to enhance and support the recruitment and retention of councillors.

                                13.BTo receive an update and agree the date and time for an informal virtual meeting with the organisers of Boardmasters, who wish to engage with members of the Town Council, meet new members and provide a briefing on the current plans for the event.
