To receive, consider and make a decision on the following committee recommendation:

"It was resolved to RECOMMEND to Full Council that the remaining schedule of meetings for the Planning and Licensing Committee, as detailed in the current Civic Calendar for 2020-21, be replaced with a return to a fortnightly meeting, as detailed in the meeting schedule ‘Option 1’, and that these meetings would have a start time of 5:30 pm".

To receive reports from members who sit on outside bodies as well as issues and motions received, in line with Standing Order 9B, from members in relation to Newquay Town Council.
