You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of the Planning & Licensing Committee which is to be held on Wednesday 26 April 2023 at 6pm in the Council Chambers, Municipal Offices, Marcus Hill, Newquay for transacting the business on the agenda below.

    In line with Standing Order 3(f), the time allowed under this item is 15 minutes unless directed by the Chair.

    RECOMMENDATION: "That the NNP Working Party should be given formal authority to progress a ‘tree audit’ within the Parish of Newquay on behalf of the Planning & Licensing Committee, working with interested members of the public and Cornwall College to record significant individual and groups of trees, to provide a reference document for use when considering future planning applications."
