You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of the Planning & Licensing Committee which is to be held on Wednesday 22 December 2021 at 6pm in the Council Chambers, Municipal Offices, Marcus Hill, Newquay for transacting the business on the agenda below.
PLANNING PRESENTATION:
David Cole Homes Ltd will be giving a presentation around the regeneration of the Former Jewson Depot And Site, Mount Wise TR7 2BX. The presentation commences at 17:30 in the Council Chamber.

    Cornwall Council has a role as Licensing Authority and is responsible for licensing and regulation of the Hackney Carriage (Taxi) and Private Hire trade.


    A new draft Policy brings together all the Licensing Authority’s practices and procedures for:
    - Taxis and Private Hire Vehicles
    - Private Hire Operators
    - Taxi / Private Hire Drivers
    Deadline for Responses: 07 February 2022
