    Cornwall Council is publishing the draft Pre-Submission Climate Emergency DPD for a statutory 6-week consultation period between 26 February and 5pm on 16 April 2021. This gives a final opportunity to comment on the policies that have been developed during this process, before the DPD is submitted to the Secretary of State for independent examination.
