You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of the Planning & Licensing Committee which is to be held on Wednesday 19 January 2022 at 6pm in the Council Chambers, Municipal Offices, Marcus Hill, Newquay for transacting the business on the agenda below.

    Cornwall Council has a role as Licensing Authority and is responsible for licensing and regulation of the Hackney Carriage (Taxi) and Private Hire trade.
    A new draft Policy brings together all the Licensing Authority’s practices and procedures for:
    - Taxis and Private Hire Vehicles
    - Private Hire Operators
    - Taxi / Private Hire Drivers
    Deadline for Responses: 07 February 2022
